Eddy The Teddy is a brand new character created by Derek J. Kenmuir. This stand up bear and his first appearance in Eddy The Teddy Stands Up To Bullying was inspired by Derek's nephew. One day they were on a video chat and his nephew kept telling him about a mean old billy goat. This inspired Derek to create Bad Boy Billy which features in the story as well.
